How to use this page: Each Wonderpillar helps with one part of growing up: moving, noticing, feeling, imagining, exploring and sharing. Find your child’s pillar below for its moment, five quick play ideas and a little note for you. Play the game together, try one idea a day, or simply pick the pillar your child needs most right now. There’s no right way, just play.

The Joyful Mover · helps with: Body
"Every body is a wonder-full body!"

Moment ideas

Jump like a kangaroo, hop like a bunny, stomp like a dinosaur.
Toss Wigglepillar up and catch it. Can everyone do it too?
Balance Wigglepillar on your head and count to five.
Freeze dance: wiggle until the leader says "Freeze!"
Big stretch up to the sky, then curl up small like a caterpillar.

For grown-ups: Moving together builds balance, coordination and confidence in their body. Finish with a slow, calm breath, so they learn to settle after the fun.

Every question is the start of an adventure!

Moment ideas

"Why is the sky blue?" Everyone gives their best guess, silly answers welcome.
"What if...?" What if dogs could talk? What if it rained jelly beans?
Look through Ogglepillar's goggles. How does the world look different now?
"How do you think this works?" Pick something in the room and wonder together.
"Where does it come from?" Milk, rain, a leaf. Follow it back as far as you can.
